We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
1. 30-day returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. How to start a return
Email store@bangforyourbucks.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before hearing from us.
3. Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases we cover the return shipping and will make it right with a replacement or refund.
4. Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos and you’ll receive a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
6. Order cancellations
If you change your mind before your order ships, contact us immediately and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
7. Non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
