1. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
2. How we ship
Our products ship directly from our suppliers and fulfillment partners. This lets us offer a wide selection at great prices. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it is available.
3. Delivery estimates
Estimated transit times are typically 7–15 business days within the United States, depending on the product and warehouse location. Some items stocked in US warehouses arrive faster. The estimated delivery window for your order is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders — no shipping charge is added at checkout. Delivery costs are included in our product prices, so the price you see is the price you pay, plus any applicable sales tax.
5. Delays
Occasionally, high demand, weather, or carrier issues can cause delays. We are not responsible for delays once a package is with the carrier, but if your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, contact us at store@bangforyourbucks.com and we’ll help track it down.
6. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once shipped; if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.
